The Chairman to move:—“That the accounts for the month of May as revised and recommended for payment h\ the Finance Committee, amounting tj, £ be passed for payment.” 2. -The Chairman to move:—“That the Treasurer’s report in respect to purchase of road-making plant he now considered.”

—The Chairman to move:—“That all existing Committees he discharged, and the Council proceed to the appointment of fresh Committees as follows:

(a) —“Finance Committee :—Councillors Jeffries (Chairman). Cheslerman. Murdoch and lion Orimmond. (b) —“Public Works Committee :- Councillors Ward, (Chairman), Searle DufT and Keenan. (e). —“Mining Committee:- Councillors \Tel Is. (Chairman). Murdoch, Duli and Hon Ciimrnond. (d). —“Councillors to sign cheques:The Chairman and Councillors Jeffries.
