An Australian film of the AVallal expedition was shown privately, and is favourably commented upon by tho press and astronomers. Sir Frank Dyson, Astronomer Royal, said that ho was astonished at the results in view of tlie extraordinary difficulties. DAMAGED CARGO. SUVA, May 17. The motor ship Geisha, from London via Japan, is alleged to have landed damaged cargo, and Horne and Company have issued a writ claiming £2438 damages. The ship is held up, pending guarantees from tlie InsuranceClub. LLOYD GEORGE’S ARTICLE. LONDON, May 17. Mr Lloyd George’s eighteenth article comments on the replies to Germany’s latest olfer.
