Tlio Dublin correspondent of tbe Australian Press Association states that. 110 women deportees will leave Kingstown for Holyhead on the British destroyer this morning. LONDON, .May 16. When the Appeal Court ordered O’Brien’s release, Mr Hasting obtained costs. A great crowd outside demonstrated in O’Brien’s favour. When O’Brien appeared at Bow St. the prosecution stated the defendant tvas charged with seditious conspiracy, by inciting and assisting to create a stato of disorder in Ireland, to use force against the Irish Government. When the warrant was read, O’Brien* said:—“This is an extraordinary warrant. Can T have a copy ‘i Has my solicitor been sent for!'” M lion his solicitor arrived, he said his client had only just returned from Ireland, and he proposed to ask for hail.' 'i he Court remanded defendant for a week, hut refused bail. TRANSFER OF DEPORTEES. LONDON, May 10. An official application has been received at Mount Joy prison for the transfer of the deportees from Dublin to England. It is expected that the removal will take place early on Wednesday morning.
