SYDNEY. May l->. The miners have resolved not to accept orders oil tlio terms of the owners. The latter state the mines will be thrown open as the men agree to the proprietor’s terms, otherwise the prospect of work for the unionists is hopeless. UNION’S REGISTRATION. SYDNEY, April 24. 'lhe registration of the Amalgamate Printing Trade Employees’ Lninn was cancelled by Judge Curlewis in the Industrial Court yesterday on the application of the Master Printers’ Association on the grounds that it- exeieised a, system of job by members of what is known as O.K. cards. Following the cancellation of the union an application for the awards covering bookbinders and letter-press machinists was struck out. Judge Curlewis intimated that registration could bo given again on the union s undertaking to drop what was supposed to bo job control.
