On the'Hat the flood was four feet less tlmn the big visitation. Tin- Otago Central railway is again blocked. A train from Ranfurley bad just passed Flat Stream yesterday when a big slip came down completely blocking tho line. The train, which was despatched from Dunedin for Central at 5 p.m. was therefore unable to get through. This is not expected to fie cleared before noon to-day.
