METEOROLOGICAL.
The indications are lor southerly winds, moderate to strong and backing by south to west, then freshening. Expect changeable and showery weather. The night will probably be very cold. The barometer has a rising tendency but falling again soon. Seas considerable, and tides lugh on the coast.
