The money market ns excited. TURKISH TRADE MOVE. (Received this day at 12.45 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, May 3. A serious blow has been delivered to the Rritish export coal trade by the Turkish Government's decree prohibiting tbe supply of foreign coal front c opots for bunkering ships ; also prohibiting transport of coal. Government has decided to develop Heraclca and Zmigouldak coal basins and organise a combine of Turkish coal producers.
