Acts ns executor and trustee under a Will, either alone or in conjunction with Advisory Trustees. Acts as trustee under Wills or Trusts in place of Private Trustees who may wish to bo relieved of their duties. Acts ns trustee under marriage and other settlements. Finances estates under liis management to avoid the realisation of assets at a disadvantage, and in suitable cases to enable them to be handed over to beneficiaries on their becoming entitled. Grants advances from the Common Fund to beneficiaries up to one-half of tho value of tlioir shares in estates under his administration. Grants loans on freehold land at lowest current rates of interest. Acts as agent for investment of money. Acts ns agent or attorney for absentees. Acts as administrator of benefit or relief funds.
