APPEAL FOR AIR POLICY
(Received this day at 11.10 n.r.i.) LONDON. May 1. Sir Samuel Honre, speaking at the Constitutional Club, appealed for a national air policy. He said if the air force, in view of the obligations abroad, were not sufficiently strong fop home defence, in view of Imperial' developments, be asked that the question of Imperial communications should have a prominent place on the Imperial Conference agenda. He wanted to see the British Empire take a lead in air power. v *"
