BAXQEET TO PRINCE. BRCSSET.S. April . The Prince ol Wales was given a banquet at the palate. Kins Albert thanked the British Empire for the monument which was the reaffirmation of long-standing friendship, on which Belgium could always rely. He described the Princo as the Incomparable Ambassador of his country in linking up the Peoples of the Empire.
