The ".Daily Telegraph’s” Berlin torrespondent state:; that a. significantly Socialist official organ is .strongly advocating the making of a new reparations offer. This acceptance, by the largest party in the Reichstag, of tho British suggestion is symptomatic of the changed feelings here. Other parties hold similar views though hitherto they would not give them clear public utterance. (Received this day at 11. h) a.m.) WARSAW, April Hi Further trouble has occurred between Poland and Lithuania, owing to rhe Lithuanian Premier notilying the Council oi the League of Nations that Lithuania intends to contest the decision of tin* Count'd regarding the Polish-Lithunnian neutral zone, before the Hague Arbitration Court, and reserving tin* right to declare war upon Poland from tho beginning of May. The Polish press are indignant, and accuses Lithuania ot desiring at any cost to provoke war. 'I he papers allege German instigation and the existence between Berlin ami ICoenigsberg, of secret arms depot. They declare Poland cannot now he asked to sign the Statute now being prepareo in Paris, giving Lithuania sovereignty over Metnel.
