APPEAL UPHELD. WELLIXGTOX. April lb. The Racing Conference Judges upheld the appeal by P. A. Seventy, owner of the horse Tama-a-roa against disqualification of the horse, consequent upon disqualification of the previous owner by the Auckland District Committee. The Judges are .satisfied that Kevenev purchased Tama-a-roa in good faith, and ordered the removal of the disqualification from Tama-a-roa. as front the date of purchase by Seventy, namely 3rd April. 1923.
