April RL it is reported that the Turkish Government considers that the l‘reneli protest against the Chester concession, made by Turkey to an American syndicate. is unjustified. The Commissioner of Public Works points out that a concession made to the breach in Hill was never approved by the I urki-h Chamber, and consequently it is not legally binding.
