Perhaps you’ve come to the wrong place, said the registrar in surprise. The applicant repeated his request, adding that the death was already registered. "Then he cannot he sitting there, retorted the registrar. The applicant then revealed a parcel which contained the ashes of the deceased and which lie was sending to relatives in the United States.
