The workmanship of the .shield was carried cut in its entirety by Messrs Louis Kerr Ltd., nl .Nelson, and called for mill'll praise for the creditable merit-, c f the beautiful design. Tin Rugby officials are making arrangements for it, exhibition in each centre and it will duly arriv in Hokitika a! L r the Faster holidays.
