ATHENS, March 27 Kemalists refuse to return the Greek war prisoners, and have ordered Greek vessels which conveyed Turkish prisoners to Smyrna, to leave the Port within three hours. ATHENS, March 28. The International Commission has forwarded a strong complaint to Constantinople against the breach of arrangement made at Lausanne.
