The Socialist paper “Vorwaerls” sharply criticises Chancellor C’uno’s recent speech. It says:—The only way to free the population ill the occupied districts is to take up negotiations at the first, movement that promises a possibility of success. REACTIONARY COUP. BERLIN, March 25. It is rumoured that a rcoaetionary coup d’etat in Bavaria is imminent. The Prussian Government has instructed all the Provincial Governors to keep the police in readiness for immediate action.
