DUBLIN HAPPENINGS. LONDON, March 18. The strictest censorship is being exercised over the news from Dublin relating to the struggle between Free State and Republicans over the amusements ban. Telephone communications with Belfast is cut of!'. No information is available regarding the previous nights trouble. Free State troops arrived at picture houses and theatres at nine o’clock and demanded they he reopened. Troops were stationed outside, but tho public were cautious and naturally disinclined to risk being caught in conflict between the rival groups.
