The Jockey Club Committee declared iho nomination of The Hawk void fay. all races, except the Doncaster, Jockey Club rules provide that urffess a horse is outside the Commonwealth it must he registered thirty days before the date of the race In the case of The Hawk, lie was nominated for Doncaster when in New Zealand and then was bought by Cameron and brought to Australia where he was nos minated for other races first being registered.
