As the outcome of a Conference by the inter-Allicd Reparation Commission and Bulgarian Government, Bulgaria’s obligations under the Peace Treaty has been reduced from two and a. quarter milliards to fifty-one million francs, payable in easy instalments. Ihe arrangement of guarantees was satisfactorily settled. The agreement, is subject to the Allied approval.
