The rebels have issued a proclamation stating that in view of the murders of prisoners of war at tile executions, the present time is to be observed as a time of mourning, and all sports and amusements are to be suspended, and all places of amusement resort closed,. ]f the rebels are able to enforce this the McTiguo-Siki tight will be affected. THE ENGLISH ROUND UP. LONDON. March LL Mr Bridgeinan. replying to a question in the House of Commons, said that nothing more than internment was proposed at present in connection with those arrested in the Irish round-up in England. An advisory committee would he constituted at the earliest date.
