A Bill lias been introduced m the Northern Parliament revolutionising the education system in vogue for the past seventy years. The National Board will be abolished under the Bill, which made County Councils in the counties and Boroughs, the education at thority which will strike an education rate, a thing hitherto unknown in Ireland. Government will pay the teachers salaries and the schools will he maintained berates. Provision is made for denominational instruction after senuol hour*, provision has also been made !<>'■ medical treatment of children and 'coding of necessitous ones. FOUR EXECUTIONS.
