ROSS NEWS.
(Our own correspondent.) On Saturday lust lit the Totara Mall the Annual Flower Show and Bazaar in aid of St. Paul’.-, Building Fund took place. The attendance was large both in the afternoon and evening and the function was a complete success both financially and otherwise. The exhibits were numerous and well up to the standard of previous \ ears.

A third oll'ender for being on same premises was fined £2 and costs 7s. A young man was charged with being illegally on licensed promises (City Hotel) and pleaded not guilty. After hearing evidence the Magistrate decided he was a boarder and dismissed the case.
