GERMAN AGENTS. PARIS, Feb 27
The ‘Echo do Paris” says that during a round-up at Essen for n quantity of arms and documents, the French found 150 German agents provocateurs, and arrested them. It is alleged the latter have been acting at the instigation of the monarchists, and established headquarters in the vicinity of the French camps.
GERMAN COAL SUPPLY. BERLIN. Feb 27
The German Coal Controller denies a Paris report that Germany lias only a month’s coal supply. He says the unoccupied parts of Germany are produring increasing quantities, thanks to the minors’ overtime there, and huge consignments from abroad.
