SAFETY FOR YOUR. ESTATE. No 12.— I The Public Trust Office pays Interest punctually, and full. Thousands of New Zealanders. including men and women of advancing years, dependent for their woll-lxting on interest front investments, have suffered great anxiety during the financial depressions. Much privation has been caused b\ postponements of payments through th<- innbiltiy of mortgagors to meet their obligations. A little thought on this matter should convince any head of a family that when making his will, he should take every precaution against the effects of possible “slumps” or business failures which might affect his dependant’s welfare. The advantages of the Public Trust Office must commend themselves to the prudent man who wishes to take no risks with his family’s future. When an investment is made in the Common Fund of the Public Trust Office the capital and interest are guaranteed by the state. The intercut is paid punctually, in full, on the due dates, and the capital moneys are available for distribution immediately the occasion arises. There are many other advantages for beneficiaries when estates are placed in the experienced hands of the’ Public Trust Office, which has a fine record of half a century’s successful management. For full information apply to the Public Trustee "Wellington, or to MR T. R. SAYWELL, District Public Trustee, Oreymouth. A representative of the Office is in attendance at Hokitika on Fridays and Saturdays in each week.
