The Board met at 8.15 p.m. Present Alessrs. J. J. Breeze (Chairman) L. H. Aforel. W. Jeffries, G. Davidson. 0. FI. Blank. H. Monk.

Apologies for absence were made for Alessrs Burrell. Chinn and Duff. The minutes were confirmed and correspondence outward approved.
