It was agreed that Aliis be given as a Special Prize for the best full in the Dairy Class. Mr W. H. Kitcliinghnm. President of fbe AVcst: Coast A. P. and T. Association wrote thanking the Association for letter of appreciation forwarded. The Secretary was authorised to issue permits for side Shows and rights of games, the minimum charge to lie £l. ATr George Davidson was elected a Member of the Association. The outward and inwuul correspondence was then approved and the meeting terminated with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
