THE COAIING SHOW. Arrangements are well in hand for the Show to hu held, on the 27th and 28th inst. at Gcrynmuth, and the Committee is leaving mi -tone unturned to ensure .success. The requirements of exhibitors, of competitors, and the public. are receiving thoughfnl attention. Arrangements have been made for excursion tars, outside a, 25-mile radius, with the railways, and stock, etc. arriving by rail will be run right into the Park and discharged there. On tho ground suitable pens are being erected, and an area, has been selected for exhibits as well as for the various spaces required for classified entries. As soon as possible after all the entiles have been received. the official catalogue will be placed in the printer’s hands. Anyone desiring advertising space iu the official catalogue can secure same on application to R. T. Bush (publicity officer. Grcymouth. The catalogue will bo one worthy of the occasion, and will doubtless be kept by purchasers as a souvenir of the inauguration of Shows in Greymouth. Apart from the exhibits of stock, in which the farmers and public g< nerally will be interested, the riding and driving events, in which the riders or drivers will he judged as well as the horses and vehicles, are sure to be fraught with interest, and may result in some mild surprises, when the judge’s aware* are announced. Ibe jumping events and trot- will each be of special interest to tlm lov-rs <>t spurt. Indeed the sport-’ prugmuimo contains events which will erraiu general interest. There are -ore to be u" dull moment- at the Show with all it - attractions. The children will be able to indulge in. ice creams and ol bet toothsome delicacies which delight till' young; folk's palate. I here will be something to interest everyone. be sms and come.
