SWIMMER S COM PJ. A TXT. SYDNEY, February 16. The visiting lady swimmers are disappointed through the City Council not providing facilities for practising in the hundred metres Domain baths. The manager of the Baths cleared the waters for a quarter of an hour to allow the visitors to swim, but this was only after a. complaint by the visitors, and on the latter not objecting to the bathers being in trunks, instead of regulation neck to knee costumes.
