For particulars see advt. The following will represent llmm in their match with Hokitika at Limn on Sunday:—Knowles (2i, J. ( > Connor, Craig, Starkey, Thomas (2) ; J. Boyd, H. Wells, E. Stoop, Inwood Baker, J. O’Connor. Messrs Ai. Houston and Co. have received word from Messrs Nolan Bros Okuru, that they will be bringing up a mob ol horses to the Wataioa sale „n Mill .March. They include a lot of good sorts by the well-known race horse "Obsono,” who was a brilliant performer a few years ago, also a splendid line of draught horses by their well-known stallion "Lord Newton." The young Onsulios are rising 4 years and the Lord Newton rising five years, and there should be gootl competition for both lines in the s.*k. .Messrs Nolan Bros are also bringing 100 head of cattle to t,: ■ same sale, whilst there will also be large drafts front the other settlers in the Okuru district.
