MONDAY. FEB. 12th. (Before W. Meldnmi. Esq., S.M.) Owen Johnston (.Mr Murdoch) charged with using obscene language at Kokatahj on 21th. January, pleaded not nnilty. After evidence was heard defendant was convicted and tim'd C2. costs 7s. witness expenses 2!s. Frederick Charles Mars.mil (Mr Murdoch) v. Jane Baird (Mr Paterson) claim for £lO3 damage to a bull at Kokatahi on 3th. January. Lengthy evidence was taken on both sides, the Court finally ri-ing at 9.39 p.m. Judgment was reserved until the next sitting of the Court.,
