The debate on the Address-in-Reply was continued by Air Wiltord, who. at the conclusion of his speech, moved an amendment to the effect that Government does not possess the confidence of the House or country. The Leader of the Opposition was replied to by Hon D. Stewart. The House adjourned at 1 o’clock until 2,30 p.m.
