Mr Murdoch appeared in support of application for a prohibition order against a country resident. After bearing the evidence of the complainant, a prohibition order was issued against the defendant. 7’wo first offenders for riding bicycles without a light were convicted * and fined 5s and costs 7s each. One first offender for riding a bicycle on the footpath in Rolleston St. was yy.victcd and fined os and costs 7s.
