The execution of all death sentences has heen suspended in Ireland, pending the result of an appeal being made by Liam Densy (who is supposed to share with l.iam f.yneli the supreme direction of the Irregulars), to the rebels chiefs to surrender immediately. Liam Deasy is now under .sentence of death himself. IRISH PARLEYS. (Received this dav at S a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 0 Liam Deasy. Chief of Stall of the rebel army, was arrested on ISth .January living under an assumed name. When identified, he was sentenced to death which was confirmed. In view of Liam Dcasy’s appeal, ; General Muleahy has issued a proclamation. olfering a new amnesty to all the persons armed against the Free State Government who surrender with arms on or before February ISth. Numerous rebels in Cork have already surrendered, with their arms. .Six hundred rebel prisoners at Limerick have petitioned to he allowed to send four of their number lo the rebel leaders with a similar appeal to Deasv’s.
