All full permanent X.Z.F.F. War pensioners receiving over ."id per cent permanent pension, whose disabilities affect their locomotion, are now entitled to receive, upon application through a lift urned Soldiers' Association. a rail permit whereby they may travel lirst class at second class rates. Illind ox X.Z.F.F. soldiers come under the first heading, but, in addition, receive the privilege of first-class navel ling for an attendant. All those passes are for life, but are renewable every 12 months. When being used, they must lie supported by a war pension's certificate. They are only available to permanent pensioners. Any abuse of these privileges will cause the ; concessions to Ito withdrawn from those ibusing them.
