A representative of Angora Government has issued a proclamation that no foreign warships above a thousand tons will longer lie allowed in Smyrna Harbour. They are required to leave before midnight on the 7th. Allied Admirals discussed the subject. Admiral Nicholson in the cruiser Comma was ordered to proceed to Smyrna. Ihe Allied High Commissioners protested to Angora. The reason for the measure is believed to be portion of a preparation for eventualities, TURKISH ORDER TO REGISTER (Received this day at 12.d0 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE. Feb 7. Turkish papers publish an order by military commander that all officers on the active and retired lists must register or be punished. TO ENFORCE ORDERS. CONSTANTINOPLE, Feb 7. The Turkish commando,» at Smyrna informed the c omnmiulers of the Allied warships that lie had liven ordered to enforce their withdrawal, if they fail to comply with the order to leave.
