The tolls received have increased 50 per cimt within one year. It is also felt that the larger liners would he uliable to go through the Panama. Provision would be made for such liners in this new canal, which probably will take a route through Nicaragua with wl.mn a. treaty exists, giving the neeessa.j right of way. k
