This is a peace in which we do not demand one square inch of German territory, hut we look for reparations and the security must he based on indestructible foundations. TRAINS COLLIDE 1 . French troops, in order to disperse crowds at Essen when rival processions of nationalists and communists met, used machine guns which were fired over the people’s fiends. No casualties resulted.
