While a woman was addressing a meeting 'in O'Connell Street, Dublin, on Sundav afternon, three men discharged revolvers. A wild stampede followed, men, women and children being trampled upon. The Wexlord-Diiblin mail tram was held up at Enniscorthy, and one Free '-T-,n cfiieer aboard was severely wounded. Others were deprived of their uniforms. The train was emptied and nr ou fire. Two other trains were, ti| L -u set running into the burning train, piling up an indescribable mass of wreckage. The Irish Midland and (Peat Western Companies have limited their services to the daytime, in order to minimise wreckings.
