FRENCH WARSHIP. AUCKLAND January 23. The French warship Jules Michelet, left Auckland this morning for Wellington a crowd of 1000 gathering at th,. wharf to bid farewell. Admiral Lilly did not accompany the cruiser. On leaving for Rotorua this morning he expressed delight at the hospitality accorded the mission in Auckland.
