On \V< dnosday at the Princess Theatre a photoplay that holds hy virtue of its romantic and dramatic interest, its gripping acting and its artistic settings and production is 11. B. Warner’s newest Rathe Subject: “When We Were 21.” Nat Goodwin and Maxine Elliott starred in the stage version years ago with tremendous success. The same elements that inack* it an international stage .success are in the photoplay version and the picture should be immensely popular. 11. B. Warner is his usual magnetic and charming self as the guardian whose selfish love knew no hounds. James Morrison ha s a. part worthy of his talents, the role of tlu “Imp” no one could have played it better. Christine Mayo is sufficiently hard, scheming and heartless in the role of the temptress, whiltC'laire Anderson is pretty, girlish ami vivacious in .Miss Elliott's t'de. Ihe story is of a hoy whose youthful follies slate him for a blow that his guardian would save him from at hie own expense. The romantic end is upheld by tlie girl who loves fh< man. but engages herself to tin* hoy to please the man. A topical budget, a Chester Out jug Scenic and a comedy will also lie shown.
On Thursday Charles Bay in his latest First National Attraction “A Midnight Bell” six reels, a Gaumont Graphic, Chester Outing Scenic, and a comedy completes the Dill of !ar< .

Lasky production of “Bride's Play.” The star in this seven-act. pictui t* is Marion Davies, flic popular Paramount actress. The supporting progiamme includes, a two-reel comedy starring Fatty Arbuekle in “The Cook - ’ also a Paramount gazette. The orchestra will supply a select programme of music.
