HOKITIKA A'. GREY
Hokitika Bowling Club sent a foil? rink team and a rink of colts to Dtvyluouth on Saturday afternoon to pin ’ tin- Grey Club for the Ballinger Buckles, but were unsuccessful, only winning one game (rink skipped by Mr Stevenson) and losing by .10 points. The green was ill capital order and fast. The ladies provided a dainty afternoon tea. The usual speeche-. were made after the game by the Presidents (Messrs I'enmint and Braddon) of Grey and Hokitika, follow!•! by cheers for the teams and Buck!: winners (Mr Blackwood’s rink).
