The New Zealand Trotting Association yesterday considered in committee the fraudulent nomination of the registered trotting mare Dora Derby, as Trayhiee, at Tapamii Racing Club's annual meeting on February 16th last The following resolutions wore carried. 'That Archibald Campbell Sim, together with '■'! rayliiee,'’ otherwis • Data Derby, and any other horses he may own or control, he disqualified for life in accordance; with the corrupt practice rules”; "That Thomas Melville Sim be disqualified for life”; '■That .las. Procter''Nicholson bo disqualified for two years ' : "That the parties found guilty he mulcted ill the cost of tin- enquiry.”
