Ihe Khalifat Conference in the concluding session decided in the event ot a I ur-ki-di war. immediately to launch a civil disobedience campaign including the spreading of rump.igand-a among the police and army, preventing ilie recruitment. picketing of foreign cloth and liquor shops, and preventing the export uf fond grains. Lt also resolved to leeruit n legion for service under the Angora Government.
