AMUSEMENTS.
TO-NIGHT. At the Princess Theatre to-night a special holiday programme will he presented headed by a Pathe production entitled “A Beggar in Purple” six reels, the latest Pathe Gazette, and a big laugh producer in two reels. On Thursday anothe especial holiday bill will Iki presented, l.overs of Peter B. Kviie’s stories will welcome the Associated Producers’ feature “The Ten Dollar liaise” at the Princess Theatre on Thursday. The lending roles are interpreted by William V. Mono and Marguerite lie I.a Motte. It is the ■story—the same old story, of every day occurrence, the. story of a man grown old in the service of his employer. who looked upon him as an employer—lucky to hold a job that a beginner would take for less. The audience will see sonui of the situations and mentally say “Why that’s so m my case.’"' They may see some of their own situations brought hone. . There is a beautiful love romance running through the story, which contains the substance of one of the most human pictures which havo ever graced the screen. Included in Thursday’s display is the latest (iaumont Graphic “Moonshiners” comedy, and a beautiful Chester Outing scenic.
