Alails for Greyinouth, Christchurch, etc. (including overland) will close at 8 p.m. on Saturday. 23rd. Dec. the town receivers being cleared at 7 p.m. All other mails usually despatched on Monday will he suspended. There will be a delivery over the counter by postmen on Saturday evening froin 9.15 p.m. to 10.15 p.m. or as soon as the Overland mails are sorted. Sunday hours will be observed in the Private Box lobby. The Telegraph Office will be closed on Christinas Day. Tha Telephone Exchange will he open from 9 to 10 a.m. and from 5 to 6 p.m. TUESDAY. BOXING DAY, 26th. DECEMBER. The Post Office will lie open in all branches (except money order and savings bank) from 9to 10 a.m. Mails for Greymouth line, also for Christchurch ate.'
