A business man may have ol»eyed an impulse to examine the claims of the Public Trustee to perforin efficiently tho duties of Executor and Trustee. He may by careful enquiry have satisfied himself that the long and wide experience of the Office which has the State Guarantee of fidelity offers the host possible undertaking that his family’s welfare will be in safe hands after his death. Tho nature of Ins assets may ho such, however, as to make him desire, as an additional safeguard, that in administering his estate his Executor and Trustee should obtain tho advice of some friend who has an intimate knowledge of the affairs and in whose judgment he has every confidence. The provision 'in the Public Trust Office Act permitting of the appointment of private advisory Trustees to act with the Public Trustee exactly meets such a sae of affairs. In such a case the Trust property vests solely in the Public Trustee, and lie has tho sole management and administration, hut he may consult the Advisory Trustees, and they are at liberty to tender him their advice. Whatever may ho tho circumstances the Public Trustee is in a position to render advantageous services. H'or full information apply to the Public Trustee Wellington, or to MR T.
