Tjik Most Eugeni Reform. The need for electoral ret orm has been amply demonstrated time and again, and that in the case of the recent election even the selfish arguments of expediency in favor of a had system have been utterly discredited and disproved. One of the first tasks of the new Parliament should be to apply the obvious remedy to a faulty and archaic electoral law.—Lyttelton Times.
