Members would abide by the award and do all in their power not to he involved in disputes, particularly when it doe s not concern them. The Institute' of Murine Engineers has issued a statement saving the quarrel is. between seamen and the company. Owing to fifty polishers and grinders at Metter.s not reporting for duty, the works will he compelled to eloso down, as polishing and grindjng is the key of the industry, and operations {U*b unable to continue without them.
