AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. ON EMIGRATION. DON DON, November 29. Hon. Anieiy addressed Manchester Chamber of Commerce oil Empire emigration. He said emigration from this country to regions where natural re sources existed brought about a quicker creation of wealth. Owing to the dislocation of immigration machinery in the Dominions and increase in passenger rates, it was ton times more difficult for a man to emigrate now than before the war.
